Request account and data deletion
Cater Insurance Brokers provides an in-app and web-accessible way to request deletion of your app account and associated eligible data.

Sign in with the account you want deleted. This verifies the account identity and creates a tracked privacy request and compliance task.

If you cannot sign in, email Brokers@caterprotectsyou.com from the address associated with your account. Include your full name and account email only. Cater will contact you to verify identity.
Email deletion requestDo not send passwords, Social Security numbers, payment information, medical information, or identity documents by ordinary email.
Data handled by the request
- The Cater app account and associated eligible profile and workflow data are scheduled for deletion after identity verification.
- Cater confirms the request using a tracking ID and records completion.
- Records required for insurance servicing, tax, fraud prevention, security, legal claims, or regulatory audits may be retained only for the required period with restricted access.
